My Algarve Services and My Algarve Rentals are dedicated to the professional cleaning and comprehensive management of holiday properties, namely local accommodation (AL). Our team guarantees you results with excellent standards of quality and satisfaction. Each property is unique and that is why we adapt our work plans according to your needs.

Services
Services not included:
- Complete cleaning of blinds/frames/shutters.
- Grill.
- Exhaust filters.
- Swimming pool and gardens.
- Cleaning the inside of cabinets and drawers.
- Wash the dishes.
- Cleaning in attics or basements.
- Collection and disposal of debris.
Conditions:
- The services provided have service durations that vary depending on the type of each property.
- Total of: 4 hours for cleaning a T1 property / 6 hours for T2 / 8 hours for T3 and V2 / 12 hours for V3 / 15 hours for V4.
- The total number of hours is per service and not per employee present.
- The owner must be present on the day and time indicated at the service location.
- All services must be booked 72 hours in advance and will only be confirmed after the initial payment of 24 euros.
- The remainder of the payment will be paid at the end of the service in cash or via MBWay, minus the initial amount paid at the time of service confirmation.
- To issue a bill, you must always provide your CPF (CPF).
- Services are performed from Monday to Saturday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
- For services on Sundays, a 20% supplement will be added to the rate.
- My Algarve Services uses its own products and equipment.
- The company has accident and liability insurance.
- Additional hour per employee present at the service: 16 euros (VAT included)
